Offensive user names are allowed

Game play itself is acceptable.
If a user name is blatantly offensive or a player is harassing, there is no way to report and leave game w/o being penalized. This increases the offenders rating and ruins yours. Not cool. :/ Attempts to address this with game maker are met w silence. Just sayin.
